Hello Zaheer,

This problem was identified in an earlier version, and resolved in the latest update. Can you please update and confirm that this is resolved?

Best regards, Isaac

Hello,

The original sub-method has the same settings, with the slack applied from the top.

Regarding the naming, the name is identical, although it may look as though a space is missing. To make sure, I deleted it and added it again, and the name appeared exactly the same. It also does not seem to be a panel-type issue, as applying the sub-method separately produces the correct result.

I would also like to point out that the file was initially working correctly, with the slack applied from the top. It then started applying the slack from the bottom instead. Today, when I checked again, the behaviour changed once more: no slack was applied on either side (as shown in the picture). Slack-error.jpgImage Enlarger

It still works correctly only when I apply the sub-method separately.

Could this changing behaviour indicate corruption in the project file or the folder containing the sub-methods?

Hello Zaheer,

In the print screen, you have selected the temporary Door Sub-Method (AR/Gola Horizontal@SD1) where indeed the 30 mm slack shows at the top. Can you check with the original (general) Door Sub-Method “AR/Gola Horizontal” and see if the 30 mm slack is the same at the top?

Moreover, it seems to me that you might have two different door styles. The one in the sub-method it’s named “Door SK” (with a space between) and the one in your cabinet is named “DoorSK” (no space in between).

Please check and let me know if that solved your situation.

Regards, Petru

Hello, can you help me with this door issue? I applied a method that includes a door sub-method with a 30 mm top slack, but the slack appears at the bottom instead. It is only corrected when I reapply the door sub-method separately or switch the fitting side to the opposite side. Could you please clarify why this happens and how to resolve it?Doors-submethod.jpgImage Enlarger
