Hi,

Sorry, but we don’t have enough information to help you,

Can you let us know the Post-pro you have used ?

Did you have instruction to implement the Post-Pro ?

And copy from PP options > Export ( joined as compressed zip file ) ?

Out of more information, you can check if working orientation have effect, From PP

Specifically if you are using DXF, milling on left or right of profiling must be set into layer name

All the best, Alex

Hello,

It seems as though the blade is cutting on the wrong side of the line.

What CAM software are you using?

Regards,

Isaac

Hi Isaac,

Thank you for your reply.

The inner tooling I am referring to is a rectangular cut out within a panel as per the attached photos.

Further to this, we have the same issue with certain single panel fittings.

The post-processor already takes the tooling into account and the size of the tools. However, if I want to do a cutout of 200 x 200 I have to minus the blade size in the program. For example, if the blade size is 12mm I would have to do a cutout of 188 x 188.

Hello Mohammed,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

PolyBoard will consider tooling information in the Post Processor that you are using. The Post Processor will indicate the machining information that your CAM software will use to assign the correct tools to an inner tooling.

Do you have an example of an inner tooling that you are trying to machine? Also, what CAM software are you using with your machine.

Best regards,

Isaac

Hi,

How do we ensure when adding an inner tooling to a panel, Polyboard takes into account the blade size?

Many Thanks
