Yes, if the cabinet you attached below is having these problems, then you can make a separate rule and apply it to only the drawers that need to move by 14mm.

Could you take a look at the attached unit, there is an issue with the position of holes for drawer runners, the drawer fronts are handless so gaps you can see in unit for opening
Runners don’t seem to be up high enough to clear drawer fronts, we have to redrill the holes 14mm up for runners/drawer fronts to fit properly.
Can you let me know
