The CSV import requirements are detailed on pages 23 and 186 of the Maestro Lab documentation.
Please review these sections and confirm your specific requirements for your program. If you’d like, you can send me your setup format, and I’ll verify it against this information.
It may also be worth confirming directly with SCM to ensure you have the exact format needed for your machine and setup.

No worries, I’ve changed a few things and tried to mess about with it myself but never seems to change, I’ve changed the format but not had chance to check it on the cnc yet to see if its any better

So I’ve just followed your video step by step and nothing changes in polyboard, the only thing i will say is that maestro has updated their software to maestro lab so don’t know if this changes anything.
