Hi Zaheer,

Make sure you have used the latest version of PolyBoard.

Additionally, you may not have the right to write in this folder limited by the Windows account you are using, so you will need to either move to the libraries in a folder that you have access to or start up in PolyBoard in administrator mode.

Hello,
