Hi,

Can you look if your antivirus as lock files uninstall.exe

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Boole & Partners\PolyBoard 7 or C:\Program Files\Boole & Partners\PolyBoard 7

If the uninstallation file is not there, you need to restore from your antivirus quarantines.

Otherwise, to save the times, please save the report and send it to support@wooddesigner.org.

Hello,

We are getting the attached ERROR since this morning in both PolyBoard and Optinest

, We were OK till Last Night.

Please guide us how to remove the error.
