Hi Isaac

It is really for both. In this case its for Gola profiles which have a 5mm radius in the cut out so requires the 5mm router which has a shorter cutting depth so has to have passes, but these although on the edge of the panel are treated as inner tooling I believe.

Good afternoon gents

Is there a way to enable output of multiple pass machining for Maestro,  The problem is that at the moment it comes out as a single pass which for smaller bits leads to the bit breaking as the cutting length will be shorter than the material thickness.  The only solution for me at the moment s to manually change the machining in the nesting but if renested that is overwritten.  

Can you please let me know if there is a solution?
