The last version of PolyBoard is 7.09a,
First of all, I recommend to make a backup

Hi,
Yes, I have already done this type of doors,
You can model in PolyBoard, but I’m not sure it makes a pocket,
Of course, it will be necessary to use high-density MDF, and to remove the same thickness from the front as from the back in order to avoid any difference in strength between the front and the back.
My first mistake was to make only one side and when I painted it, it became deformed
However, the easiest way to do this is usually to process it directly through the CNC software
Hope that’s helpful, Alex
