Hello,
My cabinets are designed using a generic 18mm board however my actual real life material thickness is more like 18.5mm. Do I need to change this in the material properties in polyboard as well as my CAD/CAM software (V-carve)…i assume the material thicknesses in each software need to correspond and be accurate to the actual thickness of the board.
Secondly, i am getting a slight lip around my tenon, do i just need to increase (or make the negative number more negative) in my post processer options for grooves (Recess of non through grooves)?
Lastly, my top does not seem to be flush with my sides here, both panels have the same thickness edging on? this might be something to do with my material thickness inputs?
thanks
Oli
