OfflineHello Krit,
You will see that when you create a new WoodWOP PostProcessor within PolyBoard that the line :: OPT2=%;0 OPTKIND=%;1 POSTFLAT=%;1 is not present in the initial text.
What you are looking at is an example PostProcessor within out QuickDesign libraries and will not work with every available Homag machine. What you need to do is create a new PostProcessor with the relevant set up required for your specific CNC machine.
What version of our quick design libraries are you using?

OfflineHello,
I’m trying to understand one line in the WoodWOP MPR post-processor setup in Polyboard and how it affects my programs.
Setup
- Software: Polyboard
- Post-processor: WoodWOP MPR
- Machine: Homag DRILLTEQ H-230, 6-sides drilling
- Control: woodWOP 9
In Post-Processor Options → WoodWOP MPR → Machine → Sort Toolings, there is an Initial Text line that contains:
When I export my cabinets to .mpr and open them in woodWOP, I notice that some drilling and other machining operations are missing. I suspect this Initial Text line might be related to the problem, but I don’t know exactly what it does.
My questions are:
-
What is the exact meaning of this line?
-
What do
OPT2,OPTKIND andPOSTFLAT control in the context of the WoodWOP MPR post-processor? -
What do the
%;0 and%;1 parts represent?
-
What do
-
How does this line affect the generated MPR program?
- Can it cause drilling or other operations to be ignored or filtered out when the MPR is opened in woodWOP?
-
Is it safe to delete or modify this line?
- If I remove this Initial Text, will Polyboard still generate valid MPR files for my DRILLTEQ H-230?
- Is there a recommended/default setting for 6-sides drilling machines?
I’d really appreciate some guidance on whether I should keep, change, or delete this line, and what the correct configuration should be.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
