Hi Caroline,

I am not sure without seeing it, but if you measure the diameter you will know if it is no longer 12mm. If it is closer to 11mm, then this will answer your problem.

Let me know how this goes.

Regards,

Isaac

Hi Isaac

I have gone back to workshop with this and they have told me that the 12mm nesting bit has been sharpened would this affect the cutting???  Will i adjust the diameter of the nesting bit?

Thanks Caroline

Hi Caroline,

I do not believe that it is a problem with PolyBoard as the bottom component in PolyBoard is 964mm wide and the same component in VCarve is 964mm wide.

I recommend checking your tools and setup on your CNC machine.

Regards,

Isaac

Hello Caroline,

Do you have a copy of the VCarve file? The PolyBoard file seems fine to me.

Could you please send me a copy of your Post Processor in PolyBoard as well?

I will look into this for you.

Regards,

Isaac

Hi

we have cut out a kitchen but there seems to be a problem with majority of the top and bottom of units. eg attached 1000w unit bottom and rails on polyboard are 964mm but when cut out they are 966mm??? there seems to be an extra 2mm on each cabinet

What could be the issue?

Thanks Caroline
