I’ve done that and I am getting duplicated parts on my V carve components. Screenshot-2025-07-29-110640.pngImage Enlarger

And when I start to nest the parts, drilling vectors disappear.

This is why you need to update the parameters of your cutting list as in the screenshot in my previous post to obtain 1 DXF per part,

Like this you well get all parts

Cheers, Alex

I am not using optinest. I am going from file/post processor export/v carve. I have attached screenshots of the pop ups when I export and when I do a dxf batch processor in V-carve as instructed by Isaac. You can see the number of files exported and the number of files received. It should be 19, but on 9 files are received.Screenshot-2025-07-29-102804.pngImage Enlarger

Hi,

When you used PolyBoard>OptiNest>VCarve  PolyBoard provide information of number for each parts,

But when you go from PolyBoard to Vcarve you need to get DXF for each parts,

to do this go to cutting list options , then select option as screenshot below

If some trouble in process you can find video explain this

>PolyBoard to VCarve to your machine in action

Hope that’s helpful, Alex

When I view the cutting list, all the parts are listed. When I transfer to the Vectric program it says 8 files processed. Several of the parts are overlain on each other with holes only on one part and some parts are duplicated but not their drillings. Could really do with some guidance guys, please. I’ve added the latest version of the file with more drillings for mobile shelves and drillings for the uprights to the top, bottom and back. I’ve also tried to upload my vectric file to show what is being transferred but it is giving me an error message. I assume that .crv files are not allowed to be uploaded.

When I transfer the attached cabinet to vectric, it is missing some parts (some mobile shelves) and also placing parts on top of each other when nesting them so that the tool paths will be missing for machining. The slanted cabinet is not allowing the uprights to be inserted either. Can this be acheived or do I have to look at a work around?
