Hi Conor,

You should get the panels cut to net dims and only over sizing added, so should be OK.

Cheers,

Ness

Hi,

For export to my 3 axis CN I use chamfer “Right edge+”

hope that will help you

and set chamfer to default to have right angle on production documents

All the best, Alex

Thanks Alex, that’s a complicated cabinet.

Hi both,

Please make sure that in your Polyboard to Optinest post processor the dimensions are set to “Overall”.

Best regards,

Thanks Ness, everyday is a school day. This doesn’t impact on my gable hinge hole problem I had last week where the edging was not allowed for?

Regards, Conor

Hi all,

I’m doing my first under stair project and I added 10mm to chamfered edges as per my previous nesting angles post question/answer.

This all seemed fine and when I explode the drawing in polyboard there is 10mm oversizing showing.

However when I nested the panels I didn’t get the 10mm extra, I got the net size.

Is there something else to do in optinest?

Thanks, Conor
