Can you post the Optinest and DXF files to the forum so we can have a look?

Hi Conor,I’m not sure what you mean by nesting as a group, can you explain more?
To get extra material on the beveled edges go to Sub Methods> Groove and Oversizing, tick For chamfered Edges and put the extra material you want added:

Thanks for the over size tip, that’s perfect.
What I mean by not nesting as a group is, say I should get 6 panels nested together on 2 sheets, I’m getting 6 individual panels separately on 6 sheets. Does that make sense?

I have a couple of under stair projects coming up and I am starting to set out with polyboard.
When I try to send to optinest it does not nest as a group but as individual panels.
Is this because you have to cut the angles post cnc on a panel saw.
How do I set parameters to allow a little extra length on the panels to cut to the angle I need?
Thanks, Conor
