I have used your files and PolyBoard parameters and I am not having a problem.
Can you please check that your toolings import is turned on in OptiNest. See the following images:
If this is fine, please also send me your OptiNest parameters and I will look into this further.

I have uploaded the files for you (hopefully all ok) just to say this is the first job i have done since coming back from christmas break so not sure why this has happened didnt change anything and last job was ok

I can definitely look at this for you. To properly understand why this is happening, I am going to need the cabinet files for those cabinets, your parameter file, and please tell me which post processor you have used here.
Please send this information to the file uploader below, and please also zip (compress) all the files into the folder.
