Hi Lippy, you cannot open files created in a more recent version with an older version of the software. By that I mean, between Polyboard 5 and 6 for example. This doesn't normally apply to minor version differences e.g. 5.01 to 5.02. Unfortunately the only option is to upgrade if you want to keep your work. Kind regards, Stefan

Hi,
I recently spent a long time designing some wardrobes on a demo version of polyboard 6.01g. I am now trying to open the design on Polyboard 5.14g (which is the version I have in full), but it won't allow me to open it. The message I get is "unexpected file format".
Is there any way to rectify this, or have I lost all my work?
Lippy
