Ok ,

Got it! If i looking your screenshot

Now I have restore your panel materials, and y can see you have grain direction

Grain.pngImage Enlarger

For OptiCut Grain direction is on Height

When you have grain direction, OptiCut not allow part rotation,

and finaly if looking your cutting list your doors required OptiCut to cut 1164 mm Width in panel with only 630mm Width

Hope that’s helpful, Alex

Hi,

Can you upload a screenshot of your optimisation setting and your opticut file?

To see if your trim cuts add to your blade thickness don’t accede panel length

Cheers, Alex

Hi,

Please see attached pictures, we are unable to get this parts placed. The program tells us that the panels are to small, but the set panel size is way bigger than the required size.

What have we missed / done wrong?

Thanks in advanced!
