the re-install had no affect
I have attached our cabinet and nesting file for you to check, the label edging issue is not specific to this unit alone but all our jobs we are processing and has only occurred after upgrading to latest version.

Can you upload your cabinet and nesting files to me?
The test I did seems to be working fine.
Can you try to install optinest again (like an update without uninstall), some time that fixed the bugs

Hi Team
we are now running OptiNest 2.31n but are finding when printing labels the left hand and right hand edge identifier for clashing is orientated around the wrong way (see attachment), it seems to be only LH or RH placement. Is there some setting we need to change? we have gone through OptiNest preferences but cannot find anything to rectify this issue.
I had placed this issue with another post but have not had this sorted as yet.
At the moment we have to go through all labelling and change by hand
