Hi All, 

Ssssoooooo !! 

I design in polyboard into optinest and then v carve. 

My question is,     when I draw a panel in polyboard to size and use the oversize function to output the panel abit bigger for machining etc. 

When I get my nesting into v carve the oversize panel is on the panel layer and not the outline layer. Yes ok I could manually move it to the correct layer for my toolpath template, but optinest nests to the outline layer so the oversized panel is on the panel layer however pending shapes and sizes the panel layer can over lap or be to tight for the tool thickness I have set up. 

Again I can manually move and renest however this will rearrange my components also and the labels from optinest then don’t match the panel. 

How can I fix this or is there something I can do to improve the process.
