overpassing draw fronts on internal draws|Forum|WOOD DESIGNER

HI Dean,
Yes, this is a very powerful feature of Polyboard, you can tweak the Maufacturing Sub-method and then apply it to any new cabinet.
However, be carefull to tweak the sub method and not just the individual panels. Modifying separate parts will not be included in the methods.
cheers,

Hi Dean,
Polyboard defaults to built in drawers when behind doors.
To get the drawer fronts to overlap the uprights you must set the uprights back from the door the space between the door and drawer front plus the thickness of the drawer front.
Then select the drawers and define the link to the upright as “groove” and give the groove depth the overlap required.
The double back “filler” can be set at any position afterwards.
I attach your model that I tweaked as well as a simplified on to illustrate the method.
All the best,
Ness
