Hi Connor,

This option is to add some oversize to your panels if you are going to calibrate it with your CNC ( point to point CNC). You cut your panels on a panels saw with that oversize and you process them through the CNC that will calibrate them to the final size. As the CNC is much more precise than a panel saw. The result is fault free perfect panel edge that you can process on the edgebanding machine as the last action.

This oversize is to be found in the submethod ” grooves and oversizing”. So if you do not need this oversize you need to check your submethod applied in your production method and remove the 5mm oversize on that level
