…to answer your other question, OptiNest outputs its nesting maps as DXF files. It cannot export as .hop. Cheers, Stefan

Hi Rafal, a new version of Polyboard is now available to download from our website, Polyboard 6.05f. It includes an addition to the Direkt NC-HOPS post processor so you can now turn on/off export of the outline:

Hello everybody,
I am having a problem with exporting .hops files for nesting. NC-HOPS post processor exports everything (drilling, grooves etc) but not the outline although there are some settings for outlines like tool lead in, starting point and so on. It seems like it potentially should be able export the outlines but maybe my settings are wrong?
In the attached picture you can see the modified parts that have the outlines (exported from PolyBoard and then modified) and 1 original, unmodified part that doesn´t have the outlines.
Is there a solution for exporting .hop file with outlines directly from PolyBoard?
