Due to library incompatibility issues, we are not able to roll back your version now that you updated.

We have not been able to replicate your problems, so I have emailed you some items to check on your PC. This will help you find and remove the problem from your PC.

I have a problem since the update: the program freezes after 10 minutes, then either recovers after 5 minutes or shuts down.
