Stefan and Ness:

Huraaaaaa!!!! We can cancel the Team View! I deleted all my security and tried the downloads again……..it worked!

PolyBoard etc. does not like Norton Security and Microsoft!

Now to see how the updates work.

Hi Jack, I emailed you this morning, my time :), details as follows…

If your time zone is Atlantic Standard Time, Ness is 6 hours ahead of you.
Could you do 11 am if possible, so 5 pm for Ness and not too late at our end.

Let me know if you’re ok with that and we’ll book it in.

don`t know if you got my response to Team Viewer meeting since my internet issue won`t be resolved till Saturday.

Thursday works. time zone is Eastern mid-atlantic. afternoons work best for me if possible.

Thanks for getting back to me. It would have to be after Saturday my time. I have scheduled an internet up grade until then.

We can’t save a  project made in v6 to v5 format.

So we’ll have to sort out your v5 installation.

Can you tell when you are free for a Team Viewer session?

NESS AND ALEX

STILL A MESS WITH POLY6 UPGRADE ON THIS END.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME COMPLETE DETAILED DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO DELETE POLY 6-LITE AND REINSTALL?

AT THIS POINT I SEE NO OTHER OPTION.

EVERYOTHER PROGRAM ON THIS COMPUTER IS FUNCTIONING PERFECTLY.

CAN YOU LOAD THE ATTACHED CABINET INTO MY 5.O SO I CAN CONTINUE MY BUILD PROJECT?
