Hi,
I have sent you an email to give you more specific information
Hope that’s helpful,
Cheers, Alexandre
Thank you Alex,
Normally I use 2nd outline for 2mm last cut. and all of panel thickness will follow this rule (12 mm -28 mm)
If in PB7 way setting by set max tool depth ie 20mm.
for 28mm wood will be cut 20+8 mm.
for 20mm wood will be cut 20+0mm.
for 12mm wood will be cut 12+0mm.
you will see it’s diffence way with 1st and 2nd outline.
Actually I like to use only 1 line with 2 time cut parameter but I can’t find this way.
and please check about my QD question. Is it’s normal or some thing worng.
I can remember in V6 you have biessenestDXF setting. Is it better than CID/CIX way ?
Best regards,

Hi,
Why do you need this second outline?
Now in PB7 when you set a customised tool (view update info here), and set tool with maximum depth smaller than the panel thickness, that produces another outline.
There’s a new update coming soon, with a new option to set different tools for first milling and second tool for other passes.
hope that’s helpful,
Cheers, Alexandre
Hi,
1. I just install polyboard v7.04d and use Quick design library installed. every thing is come but postprocessor preset is not come.
2. I use polyboard with Biesse Rover A GFT nesting cell with BiesseNest , I use 2 time cut on outline part, on polyboard V6 I use Second outline option in CID/CIX postprocessor. But in new v7.04d I can’t see this option. How to do.
Best regards.
