PolyBoard 7.06c is now available.
This addresses two issues:
- A fix for an anomaly in the application of mortise and tenon joints where an additional hole was being created in one panel
- A fix for the management of grooves in PolyBoard’s post processors

- A fix for the TpaCAD post processor in relation to the management of regular drillings.
- A fix for the management of mortise and tenons in a cabinet’s external zones.

Hi everyone, PolyBoard 7.06 is now available on our website, you can download PolyBoard here.
EDIT: PolyBoard 7.06a has now been released. It restores the Fitting Links sub-method feature ‘Ignore links if one of the panels is nil’ which was missing in the 7.06 update.
This new version includes an update to the organisational structure of the post processor settings. Post processor parameters are now organised and grouped in the same way across all post processors, see below for a screen shot of the DXF and woodWOP post processors.

This addresses a minor internal bug fix.

PolyBoard 7.05h is now available from the PolyBoard download page.
This version includes a new feature request to enable the synchronization of PolyBoard’s cut list output with the output for a multiple post processor (also known as a super post processor).
This feature is available in the Cutting Lists > Cutting Lists Options:
It allows you to match part numbers with machine file numbers when performing a post processor export.
Previously this synchronization was only available for single post processors.

Hi, a quick update…new versions PolyBoard 7.05e and now PolyBoard 7.05f to address a number of minor bug fixes.

PolyBoard 7.05d is now available to download, and includes:
1. In conjunction with OptiNest, and building on PolyBoard’s new Split Processor feature, a big enhancement to the nesting manufacture of parts requiring machining on both faces and edge drilling.
2. Modification to the DXF post processor to enable import into the latest version of Maestro for SCM CNCs.
3. Maestro / SCM post processor update so the work area is now configurable:
4. Biesse post processor update so CID/CIX files can optionally include both faces of a part in the same file. Previously it was only possible to export each face to separate files.
5. 3D fittings display fix.
