Hi Conor,
When are you available for a short zoom meeting to look at it?
I will then send you an invitation link on your email. You need to use the pc that is containing your current pb version

Hi Michel, thank you for that.
I have downloaded your latest file installquickdesign-en.
I then went to the folder on my pc containing installquickdesign-en, renamed it to installquickdesign-en_old, then pasted your file installquickdesign-en.
Do I then double click it as it is an exe?
I am a little lost here.
Thanks, Conor

Hi Conor
I found PB 6 quick design libraries download. Make sure you change the name of your existing folder before installing these. There you can eventually get the same file and replace it in the same way. This one will not be empty normally.

Hi Michel, thank you for that.
It did open but as you said I now have no sub structure libraries.
I didn't create the libraries they came with my software, I don't understand why your file had to be blank?
At the moment I cannot think of what I am missing except for the hanging bar sub structure but I'm sure there are others I will realise I'm missing when I look for them.
Is there a video of how to create a substructure and save it, I did a search on the website and I can't find one.
I presume upgrading to PB7 isn't free, bar buying newer software do I have any other options.
Regards and thanks,
Conor

Hi Connor
you go to your polyboard libs folder on your desktop. subfolder libs.
There you have all the system files where information is stored on when you work with polyboard. There is a file called Structures. You need to replace that one with the file I have send you as yours is probably corrupt now
you should then be able to start polyboard again. Of course, you will lose every structure you created in the past.

Michel

Hi Conor,
Some conflict corrupt your texture file. You can replace it with this file here added but it will of course remove all existing structures you had. PB6 out of developing for 4 to 5 years now and is outdated so more conflicts can come across due to the evolution of the operating systems. An upgrade to PB7 will give you much more stability and possibilities.

Thanks Michael, what do I do when I unzip the file.

Hi polyboard has stopped working and I cannot get it to open.
I tried to copy and paste the hanging bar in panel structures and when I tried to rename it the software closed.
When I try to reopen I get this following message.
"An Unexpected Error occurred while loading the Panel Structures Library"
I cannot open the software at all.
Please help
