Hello John,
If you open and then save the file locally, and then re-open it, I believe the problem should be resolved.
When PolyBoard is searching for someone else’s server, that is not accessible to you, it can delay the software. After a save and re-start, this should recognise that it is rather running solely on your PC.
Please confirm if this is what you are after.

Dear Isaac,
We did try to be saving locally the textures each on his computer. System works perfectly with all the projects and models.
Our problem starts when we are trying to open files that someone else has prepared. We are located in different locations and finding a solutions to this problem will really be appreciated.
Do let me know if there is any more information that your technical team may need.

Thank you for your patience.
Our development team has identified the problem that you are having. The delay is related to the textures being loaded from a remote network location rather than from the file itself. The delay is not an issue with your software, rather an access problem from your network drive.
I have forwarded more comprehensive information to Maria via email.

Dear Isaac,
Just downloaded the latest version and did a testing to see if anything has changed with the delay issues.
Tried the following
1. Material without grain direction and 3d tooling deactivated. ( good reaction time )
2. Material with grain direction and 3d tooling deactivated. ( good reaction time )
3. Material without grain direction and 3d tooling activated. ( good reaction time )
4. Material with grain direction and 3d tooling activated. ( bad reaction time )
No idea if this is helping at all to your solution research, but we are all waiting for this solution ASAP
