Unfortunately turning off the firewall didn’t work. Same banner. I’m not sure what direction to take?

Hi Rob,
We are not sure why the Quick Design installation blocks here, but you could try to temporarily deactivate your anti-virus software and run the installation program again.
If the problem persists we could set up a Team Viewer session to see what is happening.

Thanks for the welcome!
I am having a problem downloading the Polyboard Quick Design Libraries Pro edition. While downloading, it stops in the middle of the download, and a banner reads:
Can’t create output file:

Any idea what could be wrong? I was going to try reinstalling the hardware, but wanted your opinion.
