Hi,
First of all, never uninstall your software, otherwise you’ll have to go through the activation procedure all over again.
– You can try to reinstall it, to do this download the installer again from the download page, then run it, it will tell you either to update to the older version, or to re-install.
– You can try reinstalling the driver for your graphics card, yes, according to the report, you have Nvidia, when you reinstall, select the option new installation, and restore factory value, This will uninstall the current driver so that it can be reinstalled cleanly.
-IF don’t work, Can you send us Polyboard back-up Only libraries and preferences per email at support@wooddesigner.org REF: Forum, Stability Issues
All the best, Alex

Hi Daniel,
Is this happening on all of your projects or just a select few?
If you go to 3D>Options>Diagnosis, you can run a diagnosis of your 3D.

I have been experiencing stability issues and I have a few questions?
I am able to uninstall and reinstall on the same pc to reset the software?
Is there any troubleshooting I can do?
It says, out of memory, is that Ram? I have 32 gb but it only seems to use 16 gb at max?
The materials on the 3D do not render and just show light grey.
I do have very large models and lots of fittings links and im happy to upgrade my computer if thats what it takes.
Thanks,
Dan @ DTJ Interiors
