Hello Ness,

sorry for my late reply, I was away.

Regarding the topic – unfortunately I still can’t do what I would like. The thing is I don’t have “Customized 1” etc options available in OptiCut. Only “reference” and “piece number” …

BR,

Luke

Hi Luke,

To get the cabinet name printed in the cutting maps go to “View” and click “Customized 1”.

To get the cabinet model printed in the cutting list go to “Print set up” and set the Additional Reference to cutting list options to “Customize 1”.

This will add the extra column to the Opticut cutting  list  :

Hope I’ve understood this time…

best regards,

Hello Ness,

thank you for your prompt reply and your help. Actually I was reffering to “visual” part of cutting list, e.g. Cutting map. Is there any way that labels can be changed as such that they show cabinet name of the every part?

Thanks.

Luke

Hi Luke,

To get Project and Cabinet names into Opticut, in the “Cutting list options”, activate Additional References.

In the Opticut cutting list you’ll see the first reference is the Cabinet and the second the Project.

Hope this is helpful,

All the best,

Hi,

my usual project in polyboard consists of several cabinets which are individually named. I’m wondering if there is an option to have this cabinet names on Opticut cutting lists? I was playing with some settings but I can’t seem to find the right solution.

For example – kitchen consists of several cabinets named C1, C2, C-tall1, etc … In Opticut I only see the dimensions and part name, but no cabinet name to which this part belongs. I found a way to alter this for text export, but not for opticut.

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.

Luke
