OfflineHello,
Sorry, this was my mistake. CutOff is only available in PolyBoard 8 for an mpr post processor.
Removing the macro may/may not work, I recommend that you create a copy of your PP and run some tests.
Additionally, if you contact your machine supplier and provide them with an mpr file, hopefully they can point you in the correct direction for referencing your components in these files for your CNC machine, and if you need a specific macro mentioned here.
Sorry that I am not able to assist more here.

OfflineThank you Isaac,
CutOff does not appear as a possibility in our PP settings. Maybe because of the initial text macro? Or machine limits..
This is very interesting to us. A small tangent: Do you know if this is an unusual way to do contouring with our setup drillteq v200 + woodwop + pb? The machine has been used as a display machine, so contouring through a macro component was something that the previous owners set up. We are starting to think that it would be better to discard the macro component, and instead reference the pp action “profiling” directly to the milling tool/action in woodwop. This is something we have to work with Homag as well of course, but if contouring with a macro setup like this is unusual, we would understand the case a bit more.
Kind regards,

OfflineHello Tarjei,
I am looking at your PostProcessor and I see that parts are being referenced via the macro listed in your initial text
From what I see in your files, I believe that maybe your parts are being referenced here (specifically for profiling). Additionally in your mpr. files, I see the angle referenced although it seems to be still looking at the other reference as priority (as a rectangular shape).
What else I have noticed, is that the macro in your initial text is taking priority over the profiling in your PostProcessor, and the cutoff tooling is not being applied with the profiling.
Since you have the macro in your initial text, this is what you need to do to cut your angles:
1. Add a tooling to the CutOff in your PP.
2. Turn off your Oversizing on your component (Allowing only the macro to reference the component, and not the profiling layer)
3. Test this on your software.
If this does not work, I ask if it is possible to complete a cut off tooling with your machine. This may need to be something you discuss with your machine supplier.
Overall, I do not believe that, while using the macro in the initial text, will you be able to oversize components and activate the cutoff tooling layer. I do not believe this is a limitation of the software, rather the file needing to know what it is referencing for the component outline.
I could be wrong here, this is something I am learning and looking into in order to assist you with this. Please test each of these recommendations and find what works best for you.
Best regards, Isaac

OfflineHello,
Yes, chamfer and bevel are the same setting, it had a name change in a previous update.
Yes, please also try to export the entire outline in your PP and let me know if this resolves your problem.

OfflineFor us the Bevel title is called Chamfer, I assume this is the same thing?
Selecting for chamfer did allow chamfered edges after export, but it did not allow the panel face to be profiled at an angle. The door in the example ends up as a square. We will now try to enabling “Export the whole outline” under profiling. Maybe this is the needed setting?
