Profiling > Face(s) to profile when the 2 faces are exporter > Face 1 only

Hi.
We are experimenting with transfer of parts to our hops nesting program and need to use the flip function, so we want to do only drilling and grooves on one side and then flip and do the rest of the drilling and the formating. Please see attached file.
It seems the files comes with formating in both the F1 and the F0 version of the parts. how / where do we adjust this?
