No this issue hasn’t been resolved, our preferences had been set as you have suggested other than Panel Type which I have now changed however this doesn’t seem to have made any difference even when Replace Panel Types in Modify.
I have attached some screen shots of the main issues along with a couple of our standard cabinets if this helps?
The issue is when we add a new panel, door or drawer Polyboard adds the panel name with ‘space’ then [number]. See attached standard cabinet with added extra mobile shelf, also drawer unit example.
At the moment we have to replace the space with a character (_) whenever customizing cabinets from our library, this is multiplied with drawers as not only do we have to change front but also bottom & back. I have gone through our whole library and changed the name of every panel to each cabinet just so we don’t get any ‘space’ conflicts when running through the Biesse. So now its only when changing these the cabinets we have an issue especially if we miss replacing a space then we get an error and have reset the job.

Hi Stu,
This issue has remained unanswered since your last post. Sorry for this. Maybe you solved it in the meantime.
A solution is to remove all spacings in the material names you can find in the preferences. After that, you can change the part reference to the panel type instead of panel name.
Cutting list options must state individual cutting list.

Hi Michel
when I try to add Polyboard save parameters and the Postprocessor Export files an error comes up referring to ‘File extension error’

Hi Stu,
Can you provide us with the following files?
1 The PolyBoard setting file ( go to menu tools and save parameters). This generates a file that we need
2 your postprocessor ( go to the postprocessor option and select your postprocessor). Click below on export and send us the generated file
3 make a sample cabinet and output the file so that it generates the pp report. Send us the cabinet and the pp report file. Also, provide a screenshot from Bnest on the error
