You need to email us that file, along with new user codes generated from your new computer.
On your new computer, follow the instructions below to generate the new user codes:
1. Download the demo version of PolyBoard on your new computer
2. Put your information into the activation information and press “Export user code” (see image)
3. Email this new user code, and the uninstall codes via our contact form
Let me know if you have any problems. I can organise calling you if you have any problems completing this.

When you uninstall PolyBoard per the instructions Alex sent it should save the codes to your desktop as a txt. file.
Additionally, scroll down the instruction page to the heading:

OfflineHi,
In this case only made a fresh install of PolyBoard and the last Quick Design libraries, from downloads page
Then send User code and Activation code to the support ( faster if you joined them into a single email ), like explain in this page
