Hello Hung,
1. Yes, if you buy the licence you can edit and print all your cutlists and fitting parts (as you have understood you can’t with the free version).
2. You can work with the active version on 1 computer and use the free version for the other one. If you design with the free version, you can open your file in the active one.
3. For moving you licence on another computer, you don’t have to pay again. You can’t activate with the old code, you have to proceed as explained in our FAQs “How do I uninstall a software”.
Hope it will help.
Have a nice day.
Carole
Hello Mr Stefan,
I have some more question about active code
1. If buy active code – i can use polyboard have full part as: to Print cutlist, and fitting part ? (demoversion can not see part fitting?)
2. I have 02 computer: 1 at home and 1 at workshop – ofcourse they don’t work same time (1PC ON – another OFF). So i buy 01 active code can use for 01 account for 2 PC?
3. After active code on PC and have probblem with PC have to reset as: install new window or hadrdriver virus, or PC broken,…….Can i active old code for new PC or I have to buy a new one? if have to buy a new code – have any discount or have to buy full price like a brand new user?
Thank you

Hello Hung, as I said below, you only get the activation code if you buy the software. In your case, continue to use the free/demo version and when you’ve got a project ready we’ll process it and send you back the cut list, plans and DXF files to run a CNC.
The version you’ve got includes all design functions. What it doesn’t do is output the files to build your projects. That’s the bit we do for you – we call it our CabinetFile service, free to Premium Support subscribers like yourself. Thanks

Hi Pablo, you get the activation code if you buy the software outright. Instead, you can sign up for full membership and then buy a StairFile or CabinetFile, see Store > Services for more information.
The version of the software you have allows you to design in full. What it doesn’t do however is give you the cut list and plans. That’s what we give you when you use the StairFile or CabinetFile service. This option is great for one-off or occasional projects where it doesn’t make sense to actually buy the software. All the best, Stefan
