Hi,

We discussed this with Michel yesterday, but I’m still not sure I understood,

If you are talking about this, please remove the nil shelf, and the current inner casing, and add a new inner casing between the top and bottom.

OR you can add a second unboxing on the top and back.

Otherwise, do a quick drawing of the pipe positioning and I’ll make a video for you.

All the best, Alexandre

Hi Alex

I have attempted the inner casing but if you look at the unit attached there is gap between casing and the hole out on the left hand side.  Can you advise what i did wrong??

hope this makes sense, pipe is coming in from right hand side along back of unit and out.

Thanks Caroline

Hi,

We don’t have tool to do partial unboxing

But you can make them with inner casing and inner tools.

All the best, Alexandre
