Hi,

 

have you access to libraries? Materials & Fittings?

 

Into Polyboard libs folder, by default on your desktop you should have a folder called Setup and files userimage.bmp inside!

Sometimes due to windows authentication or personalized installation this files doesn’t be copied at correct places

Shutdown Polyboard

try to copy and replace manually this files at

%APPDATA%\Boole & Partners\Polyboard 7 or

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Boole & Partners\Polyboard 7

Hello,

I am just installing Polyboard onto an additional workshop PC following the usual steps and see that the icons for the quick design toolbars are completely wrong (see attached). Any idea as to what is going wrong?
