Hi Dean,
To use the DXF shape as inner tooling, you have to turn it into a closed polyline and then add it to the Polyboard curves library.
I attach the model with the curve added, you can restore the library element to your own libraries if you want.
Note that I have also attached the modified DXf file that is set up for importing into Polyboard.

Hi All,
Just getting to play abit more with poly board and designing a simple reception counter and wondering if i can get some help on the following please
* I would like the desk top to have a step back and internal curve to it the same as the dfx attached,( what would be best way to achive this ??)
* there is a draw cabinet with a top overlapping the draw fronts but i cant see how to allow for this and polyboard wont calculate the peices
if there is anything else you think i have done the wrong way round let me know please
i have attached the dfx and the project 🙂
