Dean,

Yes the regular drillings will remain at the back of the side panel. The hinges are just taking some at the front.

Isaac

Sorry I meant the back on the side panels. So in essense, they will be pointless and can’t be used. See pic attached.

Dean

Hi Dean,

That is correct, the regular drillings remain in the same position, and the fittings will move to align with the regular drillings.

The drillings on the back panel follow the same horizontal and vertical rules as the drillings on the side panel.

Regards,

Isaac

Ok so my understanding of this now after trying this is maybe different from what was expected.

It appears “Lock Drillings” means “put holes in same place as shelf pegs holes”. This moves the hinge pots on the doors, rather than move the shelves peg holes around them.

Furthermore, even when this is done, the back shelf pegs holes in the same horizontal line as the hinge pots remain. This doesnt MOVE the shelf pegs holes… It works in line with them. Is this correct?

Regards

Dean

Hi,

Sorry for confusion but first through, we thinking you reporting bug in PB 8, this problem has been solved in PB 8.01e,

But this fully functional in PB 7.12D too

>32mm cabinet system

First video from this page has been done in PB 7, Doors and Shelves should be locked to regular drilling to work

Cheers, Alex

Thanks Isaac. Using Polyboard 7 so wont update for the mo.

I can see how the lock gets rid of the holes between but I also notice that this moved your hinge pots… I’d like to keep this positioning, just  work around them.

Regards

Hi folks,

I have installed regular drillings down the side of my cabinet but the are not installaing around the hinge plate holes, but through them. I thought the anti-collision system would stop this?

Regards

Dean
