Hi gil,

I can’t see anything else that might be causing this.

Can you export your pp setting and send me the file?

To export use the export button:

Hi Ness,

It’s already on that setting. Any other ideas?

Toby

Hi Toby,

Try setting the post processor options Opposite Drillings to “Merge as a through drilling”.

Hope this helps,

All the best,

Hi Toby, thanks for the Polyboard file. Ness is tied up doing a CNC install this week. He’s seen your query but needs to take a proper look at it when he’s back. I’m very sorry for the delay, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks, Stefan

Hi Ness,

I am having an issue whenever I try to send a certain cabinet from polyboard to our CNC. I build a cabinet with a vertical devider and then tell it to give me regular drillings on both sides (Essentialy the middle devider has holes being drilled all the way through). up till this point everything is working fine but then when I send it to the CNC Biesseworks doesn’t understand that the holes on both sides are actually through holes and doesn’t agree to mill the piece. How do I build this effect in polyboard so that our cnc will be able to cut the boards we need? Thanks! Toby
