Sorted now guys.
I was going into edit the save the structure, opposed to selecting the 3 little dotes on the inner tooling.

There must be a problem somewhere either with the software or with your process.
To confirm the process is correct, please follow the video exactly as seen below:
To confirm the software, please update PolyBoard to the latest version available on our website.

Hi Isaac,
Here is a cabinet as requested,
Just an update my end, when I try add the structure to the library from the properties menu on the right it does not appear in the preview window.
However I just noticed when I add it via the edit tab on the top left menu bar it does appear within the preview window when the menu pops up.

Keith,
Can you please manually create the structure you would like on a cabinet, and then save it as a cabinet file. Please then forward it to me here.
I will make a video demonstration what process should work for you with your cabinet.

Morning Isaac,
Not sure if there is meant to be sound on the video however I cant seem to turn it on. To follow what exactly is happening or directed.
No I don’t get the shape in the preview at all.

I have reviewed this cabinet and the results I see are the same as Alex in the video below.
When I save the structure I am able to add it into other cabinets.
When you are saving a structure to your libraries, are you able to see it in the preview as in the following image?
