Hello Caroline,
Currently, the fixed shelf is 761.5mm from the bottom of the cabinet. Therefore, you will need to move it down by 15.5mm to get that distance. Note, you will need to adjust your nil shelves down first for this to be completed.
From here, you can adjust the recess values of your drawer fronts and the positions of your nil shelves to adjust the positions of the drawers.

also the 3 main drawer front are 242mm high and the secret drawer maybe 90-100mm

Hi Isaac
Just to go back to this unit again thanks for video on how to adjust height of the drawer front, we require the internal distance up to the fixed shelf to be 746mm but this is not the case its more. The secret drawer has a back drawer of 69mm and the one underneath must be 101mm, the other 2 are 151m but the internal is not 746 its more. Hope this makes sense can this be done?

Hi
can you take a look at the unit attached. Top small drawer with front of 120 high is stepped in 27mm to allow for the drawer front beneath to go over this and have the same height as the other 2 drawers of 242mm. I want the back drawer to stay as 69mm (in secret drawer) and 102 in the drawer below i do hope this makes sense
I have done this before and just increased the height of the drawer front to cover the secret drawer but its not allowing me it must be a measurement i’m missing
