I have just updated to 7.03p1 and tried to export the same file and I sent you and it has not fixed the issue.

See screenshotSame-Issue.jpgImage Enlarger

I also tried it with a different file that we need to export and have had the same issue.

Afraid, we are still in the same position.

Hi joss,

Sorry for the delay, but the bug ended up as quite a complicated job that the developers have been working on for the last few days.

The developer team should have this bug fixed in a new version that they are releasing tomorrow.

We’ll send you the download link, as soon as it’s ready.

Best regards,

Ness

Just heard back, no exact time frame yet but expected soon, the team are working on it as we speak. We’ll release an intermediary update ahead of the planned one to address this specific issue. Thanks for your patience.

Any news or work around on this.

It is now holding up 3 of our projects and we are beginning to lose money. We need a work around or for it to work ASAP.

The only reason this has happened is because we paid to upgrade something. We have now lost 3 days trying to sort it and have a CNC machine sat doing nothing.

Hi Joss,

You are right there doesn’t seem to be any 2 sided machining so this definitely looks like a new bug in the latest Polyboard version.

The developers are looking into it now as top priority and will get back ASP.

Cheers,

Ness

The Polyboard file is attached to the original post. It is called “Drawers”

They are not designed for double sided. We pretty strictly keep to single sided machining. And use this type of fixing and method all the time. This is not a new fixture we are trying to get to work but an issue that has arisen since going on to the Beta version of the software.
