OfflineHi Isaac,
Problem solved, thank you. Actually that single panel fitting seems to be a hangover from when we were looking at the handleless rail cutouts, but didn’t actually get round to completing it. I have for this project deleted it so we can get on with drilling but will revisit along with the correct tooling settings. I’ve tested the export and the side panels are now converting to .pgmx and can be imported into Maestro. Though there is another issue we spotted yesterday which i’ll post in the forum shortly.
Many thanks,
Robin

OfflineHello Frank,
Thank you for reaching out.
I think that you are possibly on the right track, PolyBoard usually fails to convert to .pgmx if there is an inconsistency in machinery parameters and tools between the PP and Maestro.
To rule this out, can you please email me a copy of your parameter file and the project that you are having problems with? I will look through your PP and see if anything obvious is standing out.
The other test you can do, begin to remove tooling and hardware one at a time from your side panels, until it converts to .pgmx and you can highlight where the problem is coming from.
When you send the files, can you also send me a screenshot of your tool database in Maestro please?
Please send the files to our Support email. Please reference the forum post and that the files are for Isaac.
Regards,
Isaac

OfflineWe have a project ready to be exported to .pgmx for import into Maestro. However, for some reason, all panels except the side panels are successfully converting to .pgmx. As a workaround, we’ve used the .xcs file for those specific parts.
The project consists of cabinets customised from one of our existing manufacturing methods. I’ve tested another project using a slightly different manufacturing method, and in that case, the side panels exported to .pgmx without issue.
This suggests the problem is isolated to the current project. I’ve double-checked the materials, machining faces, and part statuses, but haven’t found anything obviously wrong.
The is some internal tooling on the side panels, that our drilling machine cant perform, so even deleting the structure and re-exporting, doesn’t work so I guess that ruled out.
Thanks,
Robin
