All using nvidia 4060 ti or above with 16GB or 32GB onboard ram

Hello Mark,
I am sorry, but I will need to understand a little more to be able to help.
In the previous post, I also asked in question 1 what graphics card you are using. From the attached image, I assume it is the NVIDIA one? If so, please confirm that PolyBoard is using that correctly. I found the following resource that may help:
Additionally, what version of Windows are you running, and are they all up to date?

Thank you for your message.
The latest version of PolyBoard now utilises directX12, a significant upgrade from previously using directX9.
As a result, our testing has seen rapidly increased speeds across the software.
If you are having some problems, can you please check the following specifications on your PC:
1. What graphics card are you using?
2. What are the spec’s of your PC, and do they match our minimum recommendations for running PolyBoard:

3. What version of windows are you running, and have you completed all current windows updates?
