Hello Jonny,

Normally this problem is because of a setting in the PostProcessor.

You need this set to one file per part, see the following:

Please let me know if you continue to have this error and we can look into it more.

Regards, Isaac

Thanks,

I removed the back from the cabinet on poly-board and added it back in.

This fixed the transfer issue of transferring sperate panels to our machine.

Checked on post processor and one single file was already selected.

Thanks

Jonny

Hey,

Try to change your Post-Processor Properites
“Tooled faces export” – One single exported file per part.
on the file there is suffix “f0” and “f1” this means face 0 “top” and face 1 as “bottom”
If I understand you correctly cnc operator needs one single file even if there are toolings on bottom face?

SPLIT-BACKS.pngImage Enlarger

Our machinist has come across with a query.

For some reason when exporting the file it has split the back drilling file into two parts.

He has sorted this by manual input. But we have 100 boards to drill.

Is it possible to be pointed in the direction to resolve this so any further issues can be remedied.

Highlighted files are the splits.

Its drilling the edges then spitting the board out then having to dill the cam holes.
