Hi Hung and Michel,
Making the 2 colours on these panels with Polyboard will depend on the way you are going to build them.
If you are assembling 2 different panels then Michel's solution will work however, I would say that generally you would veneer a base board with 2 different veneers.
In this case you'll have to use the "Thickness split" commande first and then "Surface split" the veneer.
