The latest version Polyboard  6.04a tests to see if you have an unauthorized activated version installed on the computer. If it finds this priate version it displays Error 44 and deactivates the version.

This has been done because we have had some extensive pirating in 2017.

This is the email we send to people who get this message:

If you are updating Polyboard, and you get an error 44 message this due to the presence of a non authorised activated version of Polyboard.
After the error message, the activated Polyboard should revert back to the demo version.
Please be aware that a notification of the non authorised or illegal version is set to the software editor, who might take legal action against you.

To upgrade your free version to an official licensed version you have to buy the full version.
