Hi Pat

 

If you have an activated purchased version you just need to update the version by downloading the software on our website. If you have a lower version you will get asked in the pop-up screen if you want to update your version. Just confirm and the process will start.

 

This should not create any problem with your licence.

Hello,

Since I purchased polyboard, a new updated version has been issued.  How do I update to this without losing my license and folders that I have saved.
